SchKG lecture for trainee lawyers

Also this year Patrik Odermatt from the IGAP (interest group for trainee lawyers in the canton of Zug) to give a lecture on the subject of debt enforcement and bankruptcy law. With his broad know-how, Patrik Odermatt provides valuable tips for the bar exam.

The lecture is intended to serve as an orientation for the legal trainee and to provide an overview of the topics of the SchKG that are relevant to the examination. The basics of the SchKG (procedures, SchKG lawsuits, SchKG appeals, etc.) as well as current case law and developments in the SchKG are dealt with.
