Diego Benz was able to co-author the revised circular Swiss Blockchain Federation regarding staking participate. The revised circular clarifies questions regarding bankruptcy and banking law that arose, among other things, on the occasion of the publication of the FINMA supervisory notice (08/2023). The circular now also contains a tax classification of staking.
