The Federal Council has reappointed the federal extra-parliamentary commissions for the 2020-2023 term of office. Our founding partner Patrik Odermatt was elected to the Federal Commission for Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy (EKSchK) by the Federal Council. This advises the Federal Office of Justice in exercising the overall supervision SchKG.
