Prof. Dr. Lukas Müller and Philip Kaiser gave a digital presentation at the University of St Gallen about the advances in digitization in the area of corporate and notarial law. The revision of the Code of Obligations brings numerous innovations, which, in particular, enable the virtualization of meetings but also incorporate new technologies such as distributed ledgers, thus paving the way for the tokenization of shares.

The practical experience with electronic meetings and votes according to the Ordinance 3 on measures to combat the corona virus could be recorded for the students with concrete examples and what influence this had on the notaries and their certifications and will have in the future.

Thank you Prof. Dr. Florian Moeslein to present for the invitation to study Law and Economics at the University of St. Gallen.
