Course “Founding a stock corporation” at the University of St. Gallen by Philippe Kaiser and Patrik Odermatt

On the occasion of the course "Law and Economics" of University of St Gallen our founding partners Philippe Kaiser and Patrik Odermatt from Prof. Dr. Lukas Müller invited. As part of your presentation, you will show the students how to set up a joint-stock company using practical examples. Special attention is also paid to developments in the field of digitization, such as digital certification, digital business transactions with commercial registers, as well as foundations on the blockchain or crypto shares.
