Kaiser Odermatt & Partner advises the SSM Partner AG on the sale of a majority stake to the Visana.

In the course of strengthening its sales activities, Visana Beteiligungen AG has entered into a partnership with SSM Partner AG and is acquiring a majority of the company's share capital. SSM Partner AG offers its customers comprehensive consulting services for all insurance solutions throughout Switzerland. The company remains independent and will continue to work with the main Swiss insurers.

Kaiser Odermatt & Partner represented SSM Partner AG in the sales process. The team consisted of Dr iur. Daniela Fiorillo (Partners, M&A), Philip Kaiser (partner, notary's office), Evgin Yildiz (Associate) and Patrick Könitzer (Associate).
