Philippe Kaiser from Kaiser Odermatt & Partner together with Canton Zug, home of the Swiss Crypto Valley, Grunder Rechtsanwälte, Swisscom, IBM, VermögensZentrum and Zwicky Windlin & Partner have taken on the challenge of digitalSwitzerland that the entire process of registering a Swiss public limited company in the commercial register can be completed in less than 3 hours. This record-breaking performance was achieved by combining a digital workflow and Hyperledger blockchain with the bank's existing IT systems and commercial registry.
