Digital formation of a public limited company

For the first time, a company has been successfully entered completely digitally in the commercial register of the canton of Zug. The consortium around the Drakkensberg AG-Platform with our partners Diego Benz and Philip Kaiser has succeeded the Assetto Concept AG based in Zug by means of a digital certificate in accordance with UPREG and by PrivaSphere via Sedex directly into the system of Commercial Register Office of the Canton of Zug to transmit. The commercial register office of the Canton of Zug not only received the documents but also the information contained therein digitally from the notary and was thus able to complete the entry of Assetto Concept AG with considerable time savings compared to conventional entries. Once again, real pioneering work has been accomplished for the whole of Switzerland: the first digital company entry in Switzerland at the touch of a button!
