Compulsory conversion of bearer shares – expiry of deadline

Shares of shareholders who have not requested their registration with the court five years after the entry into force of Art. 622 para. 1bis OR (that is from October 31.10.2024) will become VOID by law (Art. 8 para. 1 UeB). The shareholders will lose the rights associated with the shares. The void shares will be replaced by the company's own shares.
