Kaiser Odermatt & Partner regularly provides guest speakers on various legal topics. Also this year could Luke Mueller, Philip Kaiser and Diego Benz in the master's course University of St Gallen bring the notarial business under company law closer, especially in the age of digitization. In particular, with the DLT legislation, the Corona Ordinance and the changes to the Code of Obligations that will come into force on January 1, 2023 and the effects on the notary’s office, highly topical issues could be presented not only from a theoretical point of view but also with the practical effects.
